$275.88 Dozen
Cellar: 3 - 4 Years (2018-2019)
ABV: 13.5%

Sourced from Narkoojee’s younger estate plantings the wine has been aged in older French oak barriques to allow the fruit characters to express themselves fully. Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of peach and citrus merge with dried honey characters followed by some nougat and spice. Medium bodied the palate features generous flavours of peach, dried honey and spicy cashew followed by nougat and toasty oak. Creamy like mouthfeel with a fresh finish. Medium to long aftertaste of dried honey, peach, cashew, nougat and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc 13.5%

Other Reviews….
Bright straw-green; harmony is the key word; the grapes have been picked at precisely the right moment, and the oak handling has allowed the varietal fruit expression free play; white flesh stone fruit does the heavy lifting, with a nice touch of citrussy acidity on the finish. Well priced. Drink by 2019.
