2013 Moppity Vineyards Lock & Key Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of fresh white peach, grapefruit and citrus are followed by some light minerality. Light to medium weight with a lean Chablis like mouthfeel, the palate has flavours of grapefruit, delicate white peach and citrus with a flinty mineral background. Dry crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of fresh white peach, grapefruit and flinty mineral.
