2013 Moppity Vineyards Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. Youthful nose with fresh ripe dark cherry and blackcurrant top notes followed by some inky earth like characters and spice. Medium weight the palate has vibrant dark cherry flavours intermixed with a touch of fresh blackcurrants over some inky earth and spice. Dryish slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, inky earth and spice. Requires some time to settle in.
