2013 Montalto The Eleven Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose portraits aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, biscuity oak and gun flint over some citrus, cashew and light dried honey notes. Light and elegant with a fresh lively mouthfeel the palate features flavours of grapefruit, pears and biscuity cashew with some gun flint infusions and a touch of spiced dried honey on the finish. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of grapefruit, pear, gun flint infusions, biscuity cashew and spice.
