2013 Mollydooker The Maitre D Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted aromas of very ripe blackcurrant and dark plums are followed by liquorice with underlying cedar and spice. Very rich and opulent the palate possesses concentrated flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate followed by some liquorice, toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Dense plush texture with velvet smooth tannins. Long cassis, dark plum, chocolate bullet and spicy toasted vanillin cedar aftertaste.
