2013 Mollydooker Carnival of Love Shiraz

Spectacular colour saturation displaying an impenetrable midnight black core and a very deep dark purple black hue. Intense aromas of black cherries and black plums are intermixed with some liquorice followed by vanillin confectionary and spicy oak. Densely textured, super concentrated and ultra rich the palate is overwhelmed with ripe black cherry, liquorice and dark plum flavours followed by toasty oak and a very spicy finish. Excellent depth with a touch of heat evident. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of spicy liquorice, black cherry and toasty vanillin oak.
