2013 Mahi Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of herbaceous grassy characters and fresh capsicum intermixed with a touch of passionfruit followed by some citrus. On the palate the passionfruit flavours are more prominent with a herbaceous grassy overlay and some green apple, light fresh capsicum and citrus also present. Clean crisp finish with a long aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous grassy characters, green apple and light capsicum.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
