2013 Louis Jadot Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. On the nose citrus and pear scents are to the fore followed by a hint of lime and wet slate. Light and elegant the palate possesses a nice textural feel with flavours of pear, cashew, wet stone and mineral. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of cashew and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
