2013 Longview Shiraz Cabernet

Totally opaque inky black red colour with a deep dark red black hue. Nosing reveals ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas followed by some blackcurrant, toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied with a good level of richness the palate features flavours of blackberry liquorice and ripe blackcurrant over smoky vanillin oak and spicy dried meats. Fine grained tannin structure. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry, light smoky oak and dried meats.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
