2013 Leura Park Estate Vintage Grande Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

Pours with a creamy white mousse that shows good hold. Pale straw base colour with an exceptionally fine and very profuse bead. Fresh pear and citrus notes are to the fore on the nose followed by scents of baked bread, yeast lees and toast. The palate features impressive concentration and richness with flavours of pears and citrus mingling around some yeast lees and cashew characters. Clean dry finish and quite creamy in texture. Long aftertaste of pear, light citrus, subtle baked bread and yeast lees characters.
