2013 Lavis Simboli Pinot Grigio

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays fresh pear and Jonathan apple top notes followed by a hint of honeysuckle and some citrus end notes showing good aromatic lift. Light and dry with a nicely rounded textural feel the palate has flavours of pear and apple over some citrus and light spice. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, apple, citrus and light spice.
