2013 Kellybrook Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays a green aromatic profile of herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus over some light citrus and pencil shaving like characters. Light and dry the palate features flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, unripe gooseberries and asparagus over a textured back drop of subtle spicy cedar. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of asparagus, grassy characters, citrus and light pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
