2013 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling

Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with watery hue. On the nose vibrant lemon and lime scents are prevalent over some orange rind and mineral showing excellent intensity. Fresh and zesty, the palate is a touch more delicate than the 2012 with lemon and lime flavours dominate amply supported by a steely mineral infused acid structure. Clean snappy finish. Excellent length with long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years (2013-2019)
