- ABV 12.4%

Purchased by Jim Barry in 1977, the Lodge Hill vineyard is situated on the eastern ranges of the township of Clare. It is one of the highest vineyards in the Valley at an altitude of 480 metres, and is ideal for producing steely, minerally Rieslings, distinctive to the area.
Brilliant water like colour with pale straw tinge and a touch of greenish highlights around the edges. Aromas of lemon and lime burst out of the glass followed by some crunchy green apple, a touch of talc and some minerally end notes. Intense, vibrant and possessing racy acidity the palate delivers mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime followed by some crunchy green apple and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years (2013-2018).
Alc 12.4%
