2013 Howard Vineyard Shiraz

Opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple red hue. The nose offers up aromas of inky dark cherries, scorched earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate is also very youthful with flavours of ripe dark cherries, inky earth like characters, toasty cedar and spice. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and earthy spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
