2013 Hollick The Bard Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, mulberries and black olive over some cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Medium weight the palate boasts a generous flavour profile of rich blackcurrant fruit alongside a touch of liquorice with underlying cedary tobacco characters and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent length finishing with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
