2013 Hill-Smith Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate scents of lime and green apple intermixed with some grassiness followed by some light dried herb characters. Light across the palate flavours of gooseberry are intermixed with some dried herbs and citrus. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of dried herbs, gooseberry and citrus.
