Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and a bright crimson purple hue. The nose reveals ripe raspberry and plum aromas over subtle inkiness with spicy end notes. Light to medium weight with a joosy texture the palate offers up flavours of black raspberry and dark plum over some subtle raisin like characters with a very spicy finish. Soft fine grained tannins with an aftertaste of spicy black raspberry, dark plum and subtle raisin.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
