2013 Grosset Springvale Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Pronounced zesty lemon and lime scents leap out of the glass followed by nuances of granny smith apple, talc and mineral. Fresh and lively the palate delivers mouth watering flavours of freshly squeezed lemon and lime followed by a touch of talc with a steely mineral infused acid spine. Taut structure. Clean crisp dry finish with long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 6-8 years (2019-2021).
