Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of ripe pear, nectarine and citrus intermixed with some flinty characters followed by some subtle spicy cashew end notes. Light and elegant with a very slight creaminess about the mouthfeel the palate has flavours of ripe pear over some flinty wet stone characters and citrus followed by some light cashew on the dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe pear, stony mineral and cashew.
Cellar 3-4 years.
Alc. 13%

Other Reviews….
Complete wine. Intense, complex and lengthy. Flavoursome but frisky, barley, lime, white peach and apple, the input from spicy, nutty oak both seductive and well judged. The combination of savouriness and sweetness here brings immense pleasure but it's the length of flavour that gets the heart racing. Drink by 2021.
