2013 Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Merlot

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark crimson red hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and mulberry aromas are followed by some cedar, tobacco and spice. Medium weighted the palate has both richness and elegance with flavours of ripe blackcurrant and mulberry which dominate over cedar, subtle tobacco and spice. Soft textural feel with generous fruit flavours and velvet smooth tannins. Excellent length with a long blackcurrant, mulberry, spicy cedar and subtle earthy tobacco aftertaste.
