Translucent bright crimson colour with a light crimson tinged watery hue. The nose is a touch withdrawn with aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and spice present. Candied flavours of ripe sweet cherries, plum juice, confectionary and spice. Off dry finish with some residual sugar present. Soft acidity broadens the palates mouthfeel. Aftertaste of ripe cherries, plum and spice.
