2013 Dog Point Vineyard Pinot Noir

Excellent depth displaying an opaque very dark red black tinged core and a very dark purple red hue. Intense aromas of black cherries, anise and dark plums bound from the glass followed by toasty cedar and spice. Full and rich the palate is filled with ripe black cherry and anise flavours over some dark plum and spicy toasted oak. Supple mouthfeel with velvety tannins. Long aftertaste of black cherries, anise, toasty oak and spice. A big ripe Pinot Noir.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
