Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose offers up scents of light passionfruit intermixed with green apple followed by some herbaceous characters and citrus. Mouthfilling flavours of passionfruit are to the fore over a background of ripe gooseberry, a touch of grassiness and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with long passionfruit, gooseberry and mineral aftertaste.
