2013 Collector Reserve Shiraz

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and a hint of liquorice merge with some clove scents followed by meaty earth like characters and blackpepper. Light to medium weight, elegantly textured and savoury the palate features lengthy flavours of dark cherries, liquorice and blackpepper overlaid by meaty characters and a touch of clove. Dry finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, liquorice, clove, dried meats and pepper.
Cellar 4-5 years.
