2013 Clyde Park Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with some greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. On the nose fleshy white peach notes are followed by some cashew, nougat and light citrus aromas. Medium weight with creamy textural qualities and a refined mouthfeel the dominate flavours are white peach and cashew which override some biscuity oak, light nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with good acid balance. Long cashew, ripe peach, biscuity oak and nougat aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
