2013 Chestnut Hill Liberty Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose is quite restrained with delicate scents of white peach, citrus, lemon butter and mineral emerging. The palate is more open and forthcoming with flavours of white peaches, subtle dried honey, cashew and spice wrapped up in a creamy like texture that’s counter balanced by fresh acidity on the finish. Long aftertaste of ripe white peaches, dried honey characters and spicy cashew.
