2013 Chaffey Bros. Wine Co. Superbarossa Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose opens with liquorice and ripe blackcurrant aromas followed by some choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Medium bodied with a juicy feel to the ripe blackcurrant and liquorice fruit underpinned by vanillin cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained yet sturdy tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice, vanillin cedar, a touch of earth and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
