2013 Catalina Sounds Sound of White Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted ripe gooseberry and capsicum scents intermixed with a hint of passionfruit followed by some citrus and grassy asparagus characters. The palate has a wide spectrum of flavours including ripe and unripe gooseberry, unripe passionfruit, capsicum, citrus and light mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of gooseberry, unripe passionfruit, grassy asparagus and some light citrusy mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
