2013 Castle Rock Estate Porongurup Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes are followed by orange rind and steely minerality. Light and dry the palate has a steely structure with flavours of lemon and lime supported by a steely mineral infused acid spine. Crunchy finish with an aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
