2013 Bull Lane Heathcote Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. On the nose ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas are followed by meaty vanillin cedar and spice notes. Full bodied the palate possesses rich dark plum and blackberry flavours intermixed with some inky liquorice over a background of meaty earth like characters and cedar finishing very spicy. Firm grippy tannins impart a chewy texture. Aftertaste of inky liquorice, blackberry, meaty earth characters and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
