2013 Bittern Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with a crimson red hue. Aromas of fresh cherries, raspberries and strawberries are followed by some lightly smoked cedar, meatiness and spice. Still quite youthful, primary fruit flavours of ripe red cherries and raspberries are prevalent over a background of cedar, dried meats and spice. Dryish, slightly dusty tannins and bright acidity. Aftertaste of dark cherries, cedar, dried meats and spice.
