2013 Best's Great Western Bin 0 Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. Scented aromas of liquorice, blackberry and dark plum overlay meaty characters, toasty vanillin cedar and light earthiness with subtle black pepper end notes. Medium bodied with excellent richness, yet elegant and beautifully textured the palate features mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, blackberry and dark plum followed by vanillin cedar, a subtle meatiness and spice. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Superb depth with a long conclusion of blackberry, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar, dried meats and subtle spicy pepper.
