2013 Alamos Malbec

Opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red purple hue. On the nose aromas of dark cherries, blackcurrants and blackberries are followed by cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses flavours of black cherries and ripe blackcurrants over a touch of liquorice and spicy cedar. Dryish finish with solid but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, blackcurrant and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
