Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose presents delicate scents of lemon and lime over some green apple and mineral. Fresh and zippy with a dry finish the palate possesses flavours of lemon and lime with a steely mineral undercarriage. Clean crisp acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
