2012 Woodstock Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red black tinged hue. The nose exhibits a scented profile of cassis and dark chocolate over a vanillin oak background with some spice end notes. Full in body weight the palate possesses rich cassis and dark chocolate flavours followed by a touch of liquorice with some spicy vanillin oak on the back palate. Very fine grained well integrated tannin structure. Good depth with aftertaste of cassis, liquorice and spicy vanillin oak.
Cellar 4-5 years.
