Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edges and watery hue. The nose displays subtle scents of passionfruit and citrus followed by some green apple and mineral. Mouthfilling palate flavours of passionfruit and zingy citrus are followed by some lime and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish. Good intensity with medium to long aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus and mineral.
