2012 Two Paddocks Picnic Pinot Noir

Showing good depth this Pinot features a dark purple red core with a dark purple hue. The nose reveals lifted dark cherry and fresh plum aromas over some meatiness, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Fresh and light the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries and plums followed by some subtlety toasted cedar and spice with lively acidity on the back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, fresh ripe plums, cedar and spice.
