Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Intense lime and lemon scents burst out of the glass followed by some orange rind and talc. Mouthfilling flavours of lemon and lime are supported by some talc and stoney mineral back palate characters. Clean dry finish with racy mineral infused acidity. Long lime, lemon and mineral aftertaste.
