2012 The Wilson Vineyard Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose offers up intense lemon and lime top notes followed by some orange rind and steely mineral end notes. Excellent concentration with mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime in conjunction with some orange rind followed by a crisp mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years (2012-2018)
