Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays pronounced passionfruit top notes followed by some herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus and mineral. Mouth watering palate flavours of herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus with a grassy overlay and crisp zingy mineral infused finish. Long zesty herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrusy mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
