2012 Tamar Ridge Riesling

Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with watery hue. Delicate lemon and lime scents are to the fore followed by some green apple and mineral. Clean refreshing palate with zesty lemon and lime dominate over some crunchy green apple with a dry crisp mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime, crunchy green apple and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
