2012 Swings & Roundabouts Shiraz

Opaque black dark crimson colour with dark crimson black hue. Aromas of black cherries and liquorice are overlaid by some clove like characters, meatiness and blackpepper. Medium weight the palate has a savoury profile of black cherries, blackberries and subtle liquorice followed by some meaty characters and blackpepper. Fine grained tannins with medium to long aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, dried meats and blackpepper.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2014-2019).
