2012 St Huberts Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark cherries and meaty characters arise from the glass over some dark plum, toasty cedar and spice. Light to medium weight with ample richness the palate possesses flavours of black cherries, meaty characters, toasty cedar and spice. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, toasty cedar, dried meats and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
