2012 St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose lime top notes are followed by some green apple, citrus and steely mineral. The palate has a steely mineral structure which supports flavours of lemon and lime. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Cellar 4-5 years.
