2012 Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. Intense passionfruit and ripe gooseberry scents merge on the nose with some grassy herbaceous asparagus overtones and citrus end notes. On the palate concentrated flavours of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit are followed by some citrus and a touch of grassy asparagus on the back palate. Good mouthfeel. Clean crisp finish with long herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus aftertaste.
