2012 Silver Palm Zinfandel

Opaque deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright purple crimson hue. The nose displays aromas of black raspberries and pomegranate with some liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice also present. Rich and medium to full bodied the palate boasts succulent black raspberry and liquorice flavours over some dark plum and vanillin cedar with a very spicy finish. The tannins have an underlying sturdiness yet are velvet like. Long spicy aftertaste of black raspberries, liquorice, plum and vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
