2012 Sanguine Estate Inception Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Perfumed aromas of liquorice, dark chocolate and ripe blackberries blossom from the glass followed by some vanillin confectionary and spicy cedar. Big concentrated flavours of liquorice, blackberries and vanillin confectionary saturate the palate with underlying toasty oak, subtle dried meats and spice. Opulently textured mouthfeel with sturdy yet velvety tannins. Exceptionally long persistent aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, vanillin confectionary and spice.
