2012 Rymill The Yearling Shiraz

Very deep dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose reveals aromas of liquorice and blackberries followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Generously flavoured palate with ripe dark cherry and liquorice underlined by toasty oak and a spicy peppery back palate. Very fine grained almost velvet like tannins showing excellent integration. Dry finish with medium to long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, liquorice, toasty oak and pepper.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
