Deep very dark red colour with a dark red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of ripe dark cherries and plums followed by a hint of anise and some spicy oak end notes. The palate has plenty of body weight and is quite ripe delivering a rich flavour profile of dark plum, anise and spicy cedar. Plush mouthfeel with soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark plum, anise and spicy cedar.
